Appointment Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

Please find listed below our appointment change, cancellation and refund policy. By purchasing our services you are deemed to have understood and accepted these.

Melbourne & Sydney Clinic 

1. Appointment changes and cancellations are available up to 24 hours before your scan. We will fully refund your credit if you wish to cancel up to 24 hours prior to your scan. You must email info@measureup.com.au to confirm.

2. If you are a no-show for your appointment your credit will be lost without refund.

Mobile Labs

1. Appointment changes and cancellations are available up to 24 hours before your scan. We will fully refund your credit if you wish to cancel up to 24 hours prior to your scan. You must email info@measureup.com.au to confirm.

2. Challenge Scans: You must provide no less than 24 hours notice to cancel either a start or end scan. You are able to redeem your start or end challenge scan at HQ (In NSW only) within a 6 month period. Strictly no refunds are given for challenge scans and these scans are non-transferrable. You Must email info@measureup.com.au to confirm.

3. If you are a no-show for your appointment your credit will be lost without refund.

4. Due to the nature of our business, our mobile labs occasionally face risks and hazards, such as traffic accidents. If something happens to our mobile lab or equipment and we can no longer proceed with the scan event, we will contact you immediately. At that point we will gladly help you reschedule or issue a refund if you cannot reschedule.
