Introducing our Dietitian
Isabelle studied a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Wollongong, graduating with Honours. As an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist, she is passionate about empowering clients through education and support – providing individuals with the knowledge and skills to create healthier, happier lives through their relationship with food.
A member of Dietitians Australia and Sports Dietitians Australia, Isabelle welcomes consultations for a variety of health concerns. She has a keen interest in sports nutrition and mental health, and through her previous work in research, is proficient in diabetes management – namely type 2 diabetes mellitus and gestational diabetes in women. Additionally, Isabelle nurtures a profound passion for women’s health, and provides a supportive, comfortable environment in which to optimise reproductive and maternal health.
Isabelle believes that a positive, peaceful relationship with food and increased confidence in food choices are key to living a life of health and happiness. She is an advocate of evidence-based methodologies and strives to give YOU the tools to make realistic and sustainable changes in diet and lifestyle to help you achieve your goals.
Isabelle loves food, and she believes that good food brings people together. In her spare time, she loves to cook and bake all sorts of delicious goods! She can often be found outdoors and at the beach, exercising, reading and enjoying live music. Isabelle is available for face-to-face and telehealth consults Monday to Friday at our Pitt Street clinic.
