Please find listed below our trading terms and conditions. By purchasing our services you are deemed to have understood and accepted these.

  1. Please click here to view our appointment change, cancellation and refund policy. In order to reschedule or cancel an appointment please email info@measureup.com.au. 
  2. If a purchase is made via the MeasureUp website using your credit card without your knowledge (ie if your card had been stolen), a refund will be issued provided proof of theft and/or inappropriate use be obtained from the relevant credit card provider and/or insurance company.
  3. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
  4. MeasureUp uses the third-party payment gateway provider Stripe to process all online credit card payments. Stripe is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the highest level of certification available in the payments industry. All transactions are encrypted and processed in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
  5. MeasureUp will not pass or sell your personal information to any third party. From time to time emails may be sent to you from MeasureUp containing promotional information. You are able to opt out of this service at any time by contacting us at info@measureup.com.au

Use of De-identified Data & Images

We are committed to upholding your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. We may use de-identified clinical data or images such as charts, body composition graphs, or non-identifiable photos for marketing, educational, or research purposes. All identifying information (e.g., names, faces, dates of birth) is removed before publication. You will never be personally identifiable in any published material.

Examples of use may include – 

  • Before/after result graphs or images (with names and faces removed)
  • Anonymous case study summaries
  • Social media or website images with no personal identifiers
