To ensure your appointment runs as smoothly as possible, please read the important information below:

• No food or drink in the consultation room
  Please dispose of any food or drink before entering. If you need us to mind anything during your appointment, just ask our friendly receptionist.

• No recording in the consultation room
  For privacy reasons, photography, audio recording, and video recording are not permitted.

• Remove metal before your scan
  If you are having a DEXA scan today, you’ll be asked to remove any metal on your clothing. If you have a belt, easily removable jewellery, or other removable metal items, please take them off before your appointment start time so we can begin your service as quickly as possible.

• Your report availability
  Your report will be available in the MeasureUp Scan App, usually within the same business day.
